Rostov region to see first plant on biofuel manufactureRegion-Inform This project starts on the territory of company Experimentalnoe of Zernogradsky area in September of this year. According to the authorities' plan, the economy, having received an operational experience on biodiesel engine manufacture, will help to adjust work to other economy. In 2011-2012, at favorable development of manufacture, it is supposed to adjust mass building of mini-plants on biofuel manufacture. The institute of economy and standards, making economic calculations of the project, considers, that biodiesel engine manufacture is profitable in all areas of the region, the least profitability — in east areas.
