Russia allows exclave to export rapeseed duty-freeReuters News MOSCOW, Sept 13 (Reuters) Russia has allowed its exclave of Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea to ship rapeseed free of an export tariff levied elsewhere in the country, the government said on Thursday. The zero tariff applies both to seeds grown locally and threshed from imported raws and is effective from June 30 this year. Elsewhere in Russia, rapeseed exports are subject to a tariff of 20 percent but no less than 35 euros per tonne. Russia aims to increase production of rapeseeds, which are widely used to produce biodiesel, to over 1 million tonnes this year from 740,000 tonnes last year. Kaliningrad, sandwiched between Lithuania and Poland, enjoys privileged status, including tax breaks, as a special economic zone.

Export Duty Russia & Former CIS states.
Dear RBA Russia & Ukraine We are busy to calculate the possibilities for build a chrushers for rape oil, is the export duty free inclusive the raw oil products. If not what are the duties we have to pay, for example from Ukraine and Fed.Russia. If all is in the line of our investments, we will invest in Biodiesel plants in Ukraine and Fed.Russia, start in Ukraine, before we have to export to one of our Biodiesel plant in the EU., if everything is what we think, the harvest around 3000kg/hct. than we will have the Green light. It is very hard to get info about the farmer organizations, and who have the agri land for growing rapeseeds, mostly we stop because there are no dryers, ore very old dryers, we have to invest than first in dryers, to get the 7 a 9% moisture, what we need as min. for export ore for the plants. To get a investor so far, that he is realy check the possibiliteis in Russia and CIS, is already a wonder, but our new project is starting now, 50.000 hectare agriland in developing and a crusher in the first years, after a biodiesel plant. Everything stops by duties and logistic costs, storage and shipping, even in Europe, we are happy with the dissision from Russia. What we need in Fed.Russia and CIS is a government dissision that they will aloud companies who invest in Green Energy also will have automatic a licence for fillingstations agross the country they work, only than it will work, mostly Euro 1 a 2 trucks driven in Ukraine ore even not a Euro standard. Second hand trucks and the old Kamaz trucks are a horror scenario for a country like UA/RU/BEL/KAZ. counties who invest millions in green, but no ristrictions from any government for above. We will go on, but for how long we can stay, that is a question our share holders need profits and a future look in this. I hope on a possitive answer from you as organization. Regards
