Antimonopoly committee OKs creation of joint venture with Poland for production of biofuel

KYIV, October 24 /UKRINFORM/. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has granted the permit to Ukraine's AgroService association of farmers and Poland's Investment joint stock company for the creation of JV Ekotop Ltd in Volnovakha (Donetsk region, East Ukraine).

It is planned that Ekotop will produce biofuel briquettes of straw, the antimonopoly committee press service reported.

AgroService grows and sells grain and oil bearing crops, as well as breeds cattle.

Investment (Lublin, Poland) provides raw materials for industrial processing, produces and supplies electricity, gas, water, etc. It does not produce or sell any goods in Ukraine.
