Biochemical plant will be put in service in Western Kazakhstan by year-end

Uralsk.  Interfax-Kazakhstan — BM LLP commissions a biochemical plant in Western Kazakhstan oblast in December 2007, the regional industry and business department informed Interfax-Kazakhstan.

The plant estimated at $53.4 ml will produce gluten (12,000 tons a year) from processing of rye and wheat, feed additives (27,000 tons), bioethanol (30 ml liters).

The facility will also embrace a mill and manufacture of flour, spaghetti and cookies.

In spring 2007 BM LLP commissioned a bioethanol production line in Zhambyl oblast with design capacity of 130 tons of bioethanol a day. Grain from North Kazakhstan oblast is a stock for the project valued at $483,000 implemented by the company at its own cost.

BM was founded in 1987. Currently, it outputs over 100 kinds of consumer goods exporting them to the US, Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan.
