Dagestan has been elaborating a project of the cage culture fishery systems for a long time. Recently, the representatives of Golden Fish have visited Kayakentski district of Dagestan to sign a mutually beneficial200-mln dollar investment contract. On February 26th, representatives of the company are expected to visit the republic again. They plan to invest 10 mln dollars into the fish processing branch. The enterprise will be constructed at the coast of the Caspian Sea in Kayakentski district of Dagestan. Fifty tons of black caviar and hundred tons of fish will be produced per year. This is a serious project of the republican level. The investors also offer the second project on biofuel production. Biofuel is made from grain, sugar sorghum and beets. In our conditions sowing of the sugar sorghum is the most favorable venture, as its productivity is high. It is three times more effective, than grain.
February, 4th, there come Italians, who will work at a project of meat processing plant. Along with the several large enterprises of the republic they are to create the agroholding, which will help the republican agricultural enterprises with realization of meat production. Italians are going to introduce new technologies, allocating financial assets on a futures bond basis. As to Murat Shikhsaidov, the best variant for processing of our agricultural products is creation of several large enterprises in districts of the republic, preserving a number of other enterprises for supplying raw material, reception of semiproducts and their delivery to large factories for manufacturing of competitive production, RIA Dagestan said.
