Omsk group of companies Titan plans to redeem and take in a long-term rent 200 thousand hectares of farmland in Omsk region. They are necessary for Titan for grain cultivation — raw materials for bioethanol manufacture. Nowadays the group rents 62 thousand hectares. Last week Titan has rented in addition company Yubileynoe's assets in Sargatskiy area and has redeemed company Novotsaritsino in Moskalenskiy area. Now the group owns 78 thousand hectares. To the forthcoming sowing campaign it is necessary for the company to have area of 100 thousand hectares. Conditions of the rent and price of the redeemed economies are not disclosed. By estimations, the transaction of Novotsaritsino's acquisition has costed over RUR 10 million. Titan assumes to finish complex building on bioethanol manufacture in Priirtyshe in the first quarter of 2009.
