Home / Bioethanol / News Omsk region to construct factory on bioethanol productionRegion-Inform Alexey Gordeyev has informed the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on building of a factory on bioethanol production in Omsk region. Late last year in Omsk, group of companies Titan at support of the Omsk region's government and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation has started to build a Biocomplex worth RUR 7.3 billion. The Biocomplex's construction will allow not only develop the regional plant growing and animal industries on the basis of innovative technologies, but also already today open wide prospects for development of the region's agriculture. This production will become rather serious source for replenishment of the region's socially focused budget.
