Parliament of Kazakhstan adopted a law on state regulation of production and turnover of biofuels In conclusion, the Committee of Agrarian Affairs and Environment of the Senate noted that the bill is aimed at ensuring food security of state in the production of biofuels, the environment by reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere, support for research and application of advanced scientific technologies in the production and trafficking biofuels,the introduction of rules allowing the government of Kazakhstan to determine the limiting volumes of production facilities for the production of biofuels. As indicated in the message, also adopted the draft law "On housing relations", "On the Foreign Intelligence," "On Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Culture ".
