WARSAW. MARCH 26. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE — ENERGY: Russia Wants to Build Energy Bridge between Poland and Kaliningrad Region — Russia wants to build an energy bridge between Poland and Russian Kaliningrad region, according to the Russian government's document entitled «Power Sector Development Plan by 2020.» The connection would be built between 2016 and 2020, according to the document and would be able to send around 1140 megawatts of energy. The project's cost would come to around EUR 250 bln. [Gazeta Wyborcza] FUELS: Economy Ministry Mulls Allowing Petrol Containing 85% of Ethanol on Market — The Economy Ministry is mulling allowing gasoline E85 which would contain around 85% or less of ethanol on the market.
