Russian co to build 1.2 billion ruble complex to make pellets

NIZHNY NOVGOROD, Dec 28 (PRIME-TASS) -- Russia's Volga Biofuel Company plans to build a 1.2 billion ruble complex in the Nizhny Novgorod Region by 2020 to produce wood pellets and other types of biofuels, Volga Biofuel Company CEO Vyacheslav Balyasov said Tuesday.

The complex' first, 300 million ruble part, which is slated to be launched in 2012, is expected to include facilities with a capacity of 60,000 pellets per year, he said.
