As correspondent ÓÍÈÀÍ transfers, such offer Timoshenko has stated today during special session of the government concerning investment projects in the field of ýíåðãîñáåðåæåíèÿ. Introduction of penal sanctions should occur not from now on, and, for example, in three years that each enterprise knew, that it will not make everything within three years, that is necessary for recycling the organic waste in three years it will get under serious penalties., - has told Timoshenko. Prime-minister has charged to the Ministry of an agrarian policy to develop special social advertising about positive experience of use of biogas and about the prevention of introduction since January, 1st, 2012 of penal sanctions for non-use of biological waste for manufacture of alternative energy sources for the enterprise.
Besides Timoshenko has charged to prepare quickly changes of state standards and specifications according to which it is necessary to forbid commissioning of new objects in case they during manufacture have biological waste which are not utilized, for their further use.
