Ukraine ready to partake in creation of European biofuel market - Prime Minister

KYIV, October 2 /UKRINFORM/. Ukraine has a stake in using Swiss technologies for the production of bioethanol, as well as in active participation in the creation of a European biofuel market, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said during her meeting with Swedish King Karl XVI Gustav, the liaison department of the Cabinet of Ministers' Secretariat reported.

During the meeting, the parties also discussed the issues of energy saving and diversification of power supply sources. They also touched on the perspectives of Ukraine - Sweden relations, particularly, in the field of investments and trade
